We are a fast growing SaaS company with locations in Melbourne, our headquarters, and London. Our software has completely changed the day to day operations of childcare centres; by automating administration we make it possible for educators and parents to focus more of their time on a child’s education.

Our recruitment process

Our standard process includes 4 steps: phone screen, onsite values based interview, practical work assessment, and final interview that includes meeting your potential new team members.

We then extend an offer, conduct reference and background checks, and then you get to sign on the dotted line as a new Xplorer!

Overall, the process can take 2-4 weeks once phone screens have been completed and we strive to accommodate everyone’s schedules and needs throughout the process.
